Brief history: I knew I belonged here on a visit to Santa Cruz at the age of eleven, and then moved here on my 18th birthday to attend college at UCSC in 1982. After I graduated with degrees in economics and fine arts in 1986, I had to find a way to stay here. I began and then maintained a contracting business for the next fifteen years, working with homeowners, businesses, developers, inspectors, and other industry professionals.

I was finally able to realize my dream of buying my first home in Santa Cruz in 2001.  I found the process so interesting that i chose to become a Realtor. The contracting business brought me wide-ranging exposure to the variety of homes, neighborhoods, and people residing here and when I decided to become an Agent, I then took that experience and those connections with me into this job that i take great pride in performing at the highest possible level.
